Dating After Everything Changes ("we") sells a self-reflection guide and a companion app. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@datingaftereverythingchanges.online.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: your name, email, and, if you turn on text reminders, your phone number.
  • Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • App progress: which stage you're in, your readiness ratings, your chosen values, your reminder settings, and when you last used the app. We use these to send the reminders you ask for.
  • Your journal: everything you write in the app about dates, people, and yourself. It is encrypted, and we never read or share it.
  • Website visits: our pages use the Meta pixel to measure our ads and show reminders to people who visited. You can opt out in your Meta ad settings or with your browser's tracking protection.

How we use it

  • To deliver the guide, give you access to the app, and send the emails and texts you signed up for.
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds.
  • To measure and improve our ads.

We don't sell your information, and we never use your journal for marketing.

Who helps us run this

We use trusted service providers to operate the business: HighLevel (contacts, email, and texts), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (encrypted journal storage), Resend (sign-in emails), Meta (ads), and an AI provider that answers questions you type into the app's "Ask the guide" feature. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

Texts

We only text you if you turn on reminders and agree in the app. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We don't share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Download or delete everything in your app account from the app's settings.
  • Email us to see, correct, or delete the rest of the information we hold about you.

Children

This product is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll email members.
